It seems we learn new things about the best and worst teams every week, and as such we have some movement throughout. The season is coming to a close as teams make their final bid for the postseason and we will see a lot of division matchups in the coming weeks that will give us a clear picture of what to expect in the playoffs.
1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
2. Kansas City Chiefs (+1)
3. Green Bay Packers (+2)
4. New England Patriots
5. Arizona Cardinals (-3)
6. Los Angeles Rams (+1)
7. Dallas Cowboys (-1)
8. Los Angeles Chargers (+1)
9. Tennessee Titans (+3)
10. Buffalo Bills (-2)
Tampa retained the top spot, but we did see the Cardinals fall significantly after their loss to the Rams last Monday night. The Titans shut out Jacksonville and the return of Julio Jones also coincides with Tennessee's return to the top 10 in our rankings. Further good news about Derrick Henry returning sooner than later further boosts them in our eyes.
11. Indianapolis Colts (+2)
12. Baltimore Ravens (-2)
13. Cincinnati Bengals (-2)
14. San Francisco 49ers
15. Washington Football Team (+1)
16. Cleveland Browns (+3)
17. Minnesota Vikings (-2)
18. Miami Dolphins (+3)
19. Denver Broncos (+3)
20. Pittsburgh Steelers (-3)
The Ravens and Bengals continue to struggle, allowing the Colts to leap frog them as they make a case to stay in the wild card race. The Football Team is steadily climbing our ranks as well, and despite losing to Dallas they played tough and have the makings of a defensive postseason juggernaut if they can stay healthy. Cleveland, Miami, and Denver got large boosts after their solid play as of late, but the news that the Browns may be without QB Baker Mayfield due to a positive CoVid test doesn't help their odds in week 15.
21. Philadelphia Eagles (-3)
22. New Orleans Saints (+1)
23. Las Vegas Raiders (-3)
24. Seattle Seahawks (+1)
25. Carolina Panthers (-1)
26. Atlanta Falcons (+1)
These teams are still in the wild card hunt, but they have unenviable paths that involve a lot of things to go their way over the next four weeks.
27. Chicago Bears (-1)
28. New York Giants
29. New York Jets
30. Houston Texans
31. Detroit Lions (+1)
32. Jacksonville Jaguars (-1)
Hey everyone! The Lions aren't in last place! Technically they are tied with Jacksonville (average ranking for both: 31.25/32) after the Jags got shut out and rookie Trevor Lawrence threw 4 picks in week 14, but due to D coming before J in the alphabet the Lions move up a spot, for one week at least.
